Brief
Introduction:
The
Reciprocating Pump Manufacturing Plant is a designated plant
of manufacturing high-pressure reciprocating pumps by CNPC.
The reciprocating pumps manufactured by this plant have won
the national silver metal. We got the certificate of ISO9001
Quality System Certification and the certificate of ISO10012
measuring and inspection system respectively in 1995 and in
1996. We have been making great efforts to improve our pumps
in all respects with design, development, manufacture and
quality.
Since 1981, we have developed over 20 series, dozens of models
and near 100 specifications high-pressure plunger pumps. They
are: water injection pumps, polymer injection pumps and hydraulic
booster pumps and etc.
The pumps made in our plant have wide range of specifications,
flow rate: 0.06～89m3/h, input pressure: 0.03～35MPa, discharge
pressure: 10～48MPa, input power: 4～500KW, which enable the
pumps to meet the requirements of oilfields and play an important
role in oil production.
The pumps from our plant have the characteristics of high
efficiency, reliable and easy to operation, wide range of
flow rate and durable components. These pumps have been used
in many applications such as oilfield water injection, coal
bed water injection, oil well flushing, surface pumps, boiler
feeding pump, microorganism solving pumps and hydraulic power
pumps and etc. The polymer injection pumps can also be used
for other media transportation.
The design of polymer pumps is based on the principle of
plunger pumps. There is an optimized design according to mechanical
and chemical degradation which can effect the injection cost.
It makes the viscosity-retaining rate of polymer at 97-98%.
Hydraulic booster pump features the high input pressure;
it can be linked directly to the high-pressure media transportation
system to carry out the pressure increasing operation. It
can be used in the places where pressure increase water (as
well as other medium) injection operation is needed.
With the purpose of meeting the user's requirements, the
Reciprocating Pump Manufacturing Plant will spare no efforts
in improving our products and developing new ones.
