Brief Introduction:

　　The Roller Chain manufacturing Plant is the only manufacturer in CNPC to manufacture roller chains for drilling rig. It is engaged in manufacturing roller chains featuring high accuracy and high durability, which are widely used under the condition of high speed, heavy load, great shock and etc. They are not only used for drilling rigs, but also used in other fields such as engineering, mining, geological exploration, steel work and etc.
　The plant has already experienced more than twenty years in roller chains manufacturing. During the past decades, it has got the uninterrupted improvement in designing, technology and manufacturing. The plant has adopted advanced heat treatment technology, which reaches the world advanced level. In the manufacturing process, the cold compression plate treatment and the pre-stressing chain treatment are adopted so that the chains can be used even longer. In administration, the plant gradually formed an integrated quality control system and passed the Certification of ISO9001 Quality System in 1995. In testing, the plant is equipped with break test, twist test, dimensions measurement, physical and chemical test and etc. And in 1996 the plant passed the Certification of ISO10012 Measuring and Inspection System. In material selection, it selects high-quality alloy steel for the sake of ensuring its chains high quality and high reliability.
　The main specification of roller chains manufactured by this plant has been totally conformed to SY/T5595-97 and the API specification. The plant can design and manufacture all sorts of nonstandard chains, transportation chains, escalator chains and etc.
　At present, the products of the plant have been widely used in oilfields, steelworks, geological exploration, mining and engineering. Some of the products have been sold overseas. Superior quality and perfect after-sale service make its products enjoy a high reputation among new and old customers.
