Brief Introduction:

　　The Positive Displacement Down-hole Motor Manufacturing plant is a designated plant by CNPC, specialized in manufacturing down-hole motors by introducing full set of design and manufacturing technology and special equipment with the world advanced level from Smith International Inc., including manufacturing and assembly line, heat treatment line and rubber stator manufacturing line.
　Over 10 years of study, absorption and innovation of foreign technology, now this plant can manufacture 12 specifications of 60～244mm in diameter, 3.5MPa, 7MPa and 14MPa pressure difference series, including single lobe and multi-lobe, single bent and double bents motors, which can match different kinds of stabilizers and over 400 varieties of down-hole motors. We have the ability to develop a variety of down-hole motors in independence.
　The plant adopts complete computer control system to effect design and inspection. All the main parts of the products are processed with NC machines, so they are reliable in quality.
　The down-hole motors manufactured by this plant have been selling in more than 20 oilfields in China as well as in USA, India, Thailand, Philippines, Iran and Qatar. The coverage and occupation rate of the products in domestic market have reached 98% and 48% respectively.
